Ground Floor Residence, Tinos

Two single-level residences sharing one common swimming pool designed to serve both properties. The project includes plans for cladding the buildings with local stone, as well as incorporating energy management strategies such as optimal orientation and passive design techniques to enhance sustainability and comfort. The spatial layout is optimized, and fully integrated electromechanical installations are implemented to ensure functionality and efficiency.
