3 Maisonnette residences with private pool

Construction of three independent single-storey maisonettes within the Ktikado Exombourgo area, covering a total built-up area of 198 m². The project follows the traditional Cycladic architectural style, featuring reinforced concrete structures, high-quality finishes, and energy-efficient design adapted to the local climate. The buildings are equipped with heat pump systems for both cooling and heating, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort throughout the year. Additionally, three swimming pools were constructed to enhance the residential experience. Local stone materials sourced from the surrounding areas of Tinos were extensively used, reinforcing the project’s connection to its natural environment.
